1. Publisher of the service
The Pulsar Analytics service, available at analytics.pulsar.lu, is published by Expeteo SARL, société à responsabilité limitée de droit luxembourgeois, operating the trade name Pulsar (hereinafter "Pulsar", "the Publisher" or "we").

2. Publication director
The publication director is the management of Expeteo SARL.
3. Hosting
The Pulsar Analytics application and the event collection server are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland.
The measurement script ("pixel") is served by that same collection server, without any third-party content delivery network.
4. Technical providers
- Payment: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland, European Union), for card payment processing.
- Google Analytics 4 history import (optional): Google Ireland Limited (Ireland, European Union), through the Google Analytics Data API in read-only mode, authorised by the client on their own property.
5. Intellectual property
The "Pulsar" trade mark, the "Pulsar Analytics" trade mark, the logos, the visual identity, the architecture, the source code, the databases, the texts and the interfaces making up the service are the exclusive property of Expeteo SARL or of its licensors, and are protected by the applicable intellectual property law, in particular copyright and trade mark law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the service or of any of its elements, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author. The trade marks and distinctive signs of third parties mentioned (for example Stripe, Google Analytics, Infomaniak) remain the property of their respective holders.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data carried out in the context of the service is described in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of the legal information of the service. Any question may be sent to privacy@pulsar.lu.
7. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or its performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, subject to the applicable mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
