Sharing a dashboard
Useful for a client, a director or a partner who wants to see the figures without creating an account.
In short
Turn sharing on and Pulsar generates a public read-only address, with no account and no password. You can turn it off at any time, which immediately cuts every link already sent.
Turning sharing on
- 1 Open Settings, Sharing.
- 2 Turn sharing on: an address is generated.
- 3 Send it. Anyone who has it can view, without signing in.
What the recipient sees
They see the dashboard and can change the period. They can neither change settings, nor reach other sites, nor see billing.
The address contains a long random token, but it remains public: whoever obtains it gets in. Do not publish it on an indexable page.
Turning sharing off and back on generates a new token. That is how to revoke an address sent to the wrong person.

- Receiving reports and alerts Pulsar sends a periodic report by email and alerts you on a traffic drop, a new tracker or a volume overage. Each message is configured independently.
